1. Who operates Country Forge
These Terms are between you and [LEGAL OPERATOR NAME], the operator of Country Forge (the “Service”). Contact [SUPPORT EMAIL] for account and legal enquiries. These are draft Terms and require review and completion of the operator details before launch.
2. Eligibility and accounts
Online play requires a verified email or an eligible verified Google identity. You must be at least 13 and old enough under applicable local law to use the Service; if you are under the age of majority, obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian where required. Do not misrepresent your age, impersonate others, sell accounts, create abusive referral accounts, or share your sign-in credentials. Classic mode is available without an account.
3. Games and fair play
Country Forge is a fictional strategy game. Country attributes, ratings, battle outcomes, and simulation visuals are entertainment-only and do not predict real-world conflict. Do not exploit bugs, cheat, harass others, disrupt the service, or use bots to manipulate rankings or referrals. We may limit or remove abusive accounts and rewards, subject to applicable law.
4. Virtual currency and digital items
Coins, cosmetic items, badges, and in-game entitlements are licenses for use inside Country Forge, not money, property, investments, or redeemable currency. Coins cannot be cashed out or transferred unless we explicitly provide that functionality. Purchases, earned rewards, and features may change with reasonable notice. We will honor mandatory consumer rights.
5. Purchases and memberships
The Coin Shop may offer coin packs at $1.99, $4.99, $9.99, and $19.99, Founder Edition at $9.99, and Forge Club at $2.99 monthly or $24.99 annually, before applicable taxes. Prices displayed at checkout govern. Forge Club renews automatically unless canceled. See our Subscription Terms and Refund Policy. Paid gameplay advantages are not enabled in Ranked matchmaking.
6. Referrals
Rewards are earned only when referred players qualify: their verified account must be at least 24 hours old and must complete at least three legitimate non-forfeit matches across two separate UTC days. Both players may earn coins, and the referrer may earn cosmetic rewards or time-limited membership. We may investigate abuse and withhold fraudulent rewards. Referral bonus time does not automatically start paid billing.
7. Intellectual property and user profiles
Game code, art, names, branding, designs, and game content are owned or licensed by the operator and may not be reproduced commercially without permission. You retain ownership of content you lawfully submit; you permit us to display your username, avatar, and permitted game results to other players to operate multiplayer features.
8. Availability and updates
We may update, pause, or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted access or particular matchmaking times. We will take reasonable steps to protect paid entitlements and provide remedies required by law if services materially fail.
9. Account closure
You may request and confirm account deletion from your Profile using a fresh email code. Active paid renewals will be canceled or deletion will be blocked with instructions to contact support. Deletion may end access to coins, cosmetics and rankings. Some de-identified financial records may be retained for legal obligations. See Account Deletion.
10. Liability and legal rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. We are not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized use where we are not legally liable. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
